The Big Love in Me and in You – with quote by Louise Hay

If the love in me (or you) wasn’t so big great magnanimous huge plentiful and powerful (like the ocean),

then putting the brakes on it (which is what emotional abuse and/ or neglect/ CPTSD/ CPTSR feels like)

would
not
ever
hurt.

There is always present in each of us a fullness of love longing to be expressed and shared and witnessed and felt and experienced – as a natural flow, like a river.

Joy-based Living is having an awareness of this stunning gorgeous lush energy and celebrating it and removing resistances to it – and creating healthy environments for it – so it can live freely – as us – as you and me.

“I want to help create a world where it is safe for us to love each other.” – Louise Hay

“We are imperfect. And awesome.” – Debbie Happy Cohen

Much love,

HappyD!
