(note: a co-narcissist is someone who has been targeted by a narcissist and is dealing with the effects of complex post traumatic stress (CPTSD / CPTSR / codependency))
I believe Love is the greatest power in the Universe. I have seen it work miracles time and time again. Recently, I had the honor and privilege of reading a few love letters between family members in 2 different families, expressing appreciation, positive belief, and support of one another. These letters made me cry, in a good way.
If you’re in the healing process after narcissistic abuse, my wish is for you to know how loved you are. For you to know that someone’s got your back. And that you are not alone. Ever.
So much love,
