  1. Thanks for this topic, Debbie. For me, prayer is a way of saying “help me get out of the way, so your will can be done (said to God).” Often times, the prayer is said, and I forget the problem almost immediately because it is no longer in my hands. In the indigenous people’s teaching, prayer consists of asking Creator to make me a hollow bone, so that the prayer is not hindered by my desire or ego, but will pass through the hollow bone to Great Spirit. Thank you again.
