  1. I have been reading your book it’s very helpful in understanding. What narcissistic is I thought I could work on my marriage of 53 years now that I have an understanding of the sickness I have been trying and thought I I could do it. I guess it will always have some ups and downs. There was a few good days but then a bad day it’s not easy with all the ups and downs but I don’t want to give up Any suggestions is welcome

    1. Keep giving yourself lots of empathy and compassion. And keep educating yourself. These are water and sunlight that will keep you nourished. If you are able, hire a CPTSD-therapist who can support you as well.

  2. I just don’t think I can do this it’s so hard I’m so sad I won’t leave but I will live my own life I went out with my granddaughters for dinner tonight I knew he would be upset about it but I went anyway when I can home the house was dark and doors locked he was in bed he never goes to bed that early went I ask why he didn’t leave a light on for me he said something sarcastic talking nasty so I just went to bed he doesn’t sleep in bed with me anymore 63 years of insults criticism angry bird rage just rage in general I don’t think I can take it anymore so I watches the movie on life into my own thing and take the consequences if that’s what I have to do I don’t wanna leave my house I just moved here so the senior citizens and I love it
