Alan Watts and Pink Floyd

For the rebel and revolutionary in you.

Don’t be Another Brick in the Wall.

I remember hearing that song for the first time when I was 10 years old. I was sitting on a public bus, in Israel for the summer. That song made me feel like someone actually saw me and heard me, and understood. Truthful. Brilliant. Couldn’t wait to hear it again, lol!! How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat??!!

Do something joyful, beautiful and uniquely you, today! Don’t be another brick in the wall πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ¦’πŸ¦’πŸ¦’πŸ—½πŸ—½πŸ—½πŸŽ‰

Much love,

HappyD!

  1. YAY! Good stuff, Debbie! Alan Watts & Pink Floyd in ONE blog-post!!!
As Jimi Hendrix proclaimed: “Let your freak flag fly!” πŸ™‚
Here’s 2 more of their relevant quotes:
“Enlightenment or awakening is not the creation of a new state of affairs, but the recognition of what already is.” — Alan Watts
“Hey, you! Don’t tell me there’s no hope at all. Together we stand. Divided we fall.” — Pink Floyd

    1. I love All those snarky Englishmen fighting centuries of emotional constipation which was conditioned and ingrained in order to keep the monarchy in control. Setting joy free requires door kicking at times. And it’s so damn refreshing!!!!
