We want you to have as much peace, ease and love in your homes during this time of uncertainty and transition. We know you want that too. We also know that with stress often comes cussing. And kids getting into trouble. And we REALLY don’t want that!
Regardless of your personal values and opinions about cussing (we aren’t here to impede on those but we are here to offer you other ways to look at it), we want to help you reduce your stress and maybe even make you laugh.
So – I decided to share my private list of vocabulary options with you.
And our conversation turned out to be so much fun. So much laughter.
Then the conversation turned in the direction of tenderness and compassion and love and contribution.
Which led us into a conversation about how mental illness often begins and what you can do to avoid it if you can.
