Having watched your video this morning, Debbie, I spent my “breakfast hour” reflecting on the messages you shared… especially the “mantra”/affirmation aimed at increasing the the levels of approval & love for oneself, but also (it seems to me) bringing an organic healing (by way of greater self-love) to whatever’s been an obstacle to that, whatever’s been seeming disconnected, unheeded or disintegrated within. Bottom line? I’m inspired to give more attention to my own “self-approval” and “self-love” today… and tomorrow awaken with this same intention & commitment. So-o-o, many thanks to you (and Louise Hay & Joe Dispenza) for what you’ve shared here. 🙂
