I’m still learning social media and it’s still awkward even after a lot of years.
I’ve been posting a bunch of content lately and it’s really exciting and fun when I’m in the flow.
The thing I’m not used to – having come from a teaching and coaching background – is how to relate to you if I can’t see your facial expression.
So – your likes and comments which happen to be on the rise help me know what you’re experiencing, at least to some degree.
I just wanted to say thank you for that. Thanks for catching what I’m flinging into the ethers of space and letting me know that what I said landed with you.

My biggest dream is to see people surrounded by others who support them in being more joyful and more powerfully present in their lives.
