For decades, the personal development industry has been built on “Self-Help”… the subtle implication that we are broken and need fixing.

Self-Honor is not about fixing; it is about embodying. It is the audacious act of recognizing our own wholeness and claiming it safely in the nervous system.

But to move from “thinking” it to “being” it, we need a tool.

We need a way to make the invisible visible.

The Sharpie is that tool.

My name is Debbie Happy Cohen.

I’ve written numerous books and spoken to thousands of people (prior to facebook, so it’s not online unfortunately) and have been sponsored by IBM, JPMorgan and other companies, to share Reach Your Stars! with the community (schools, corporations and community organizations like Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Tampa).

Since 2016, I’ve been leading Joy-Based Living and my community and I have reached great depths of understanding human transformation, healing trauma, and developing deep and lasting connections, WITH HONOR, CREATIVITY and JOY!
