“Perpetual Positive Noticing”… (YAY!!!) I do this by regularly taking time to “say grace” before each meal. I just sit quietly and “positively notice” how blessed I am, all the gifts I’m given (not just the food in front of me, but that too), how cherishable my life is AND how cherishable I AM… right there in that moment. Regardless of whatever’s going on in my life or my world, these prayers/this “saying grace” sets me into a sacred place within, where I know my worth, holiness, beauty, personal strengths and magic (not necessarily in that order). Thanks, Debbie, for nudging us all into acknowledging the highest & best in us! WOO-HOO! JBL ROCKING INTO THE NEW YEAR!!! 😉
