Dear Friends,
The creative process is a mystery to me.
And when I dive deep,
it’s difficult for me to talk about it.
I’m finally coming up for air,
and it’s so good to be here with you
to share what’s new.
I was going to share a poem with you
about Encouragers, Believers, and Beholders…
but honestly…
I have to tell you.
This year has been LOADED.
Bow tied.
And Bona Fide.
- I launched The Honor Effect Project, a gentle revolution in recognizing the sacredness of one another.
- I mailed over 250 Purple Honor Cards, acknowledging people for their Sacred Inner Courage.
- I recorded a 21-day Summer of Resonance audio series, helping people connect with the Sacred Feminine (at Patreon).
- I invented a new field for human flourishing called SPLENDOROLOGY.
- I co-lead a Joy-Based Living Honor Circle on Wednesday evenings (6.5 years!), where we continue to embody The 12 Practices of Joy.
- Joy-Based Living celebrates its 10-year anniversary in 2026!
- I recorded leading-edge conversations with JBL members and shared them with our Patreon community.
- I brought 27 songs to life on SUNO to inspire you and remind you of who you are.
- I created a new acronym for spiritual practice: C.O.W.S., Conscious Oneness With Source.
- I co-authored The CoCo: The Coherence Cohort, an inclusive meditation and prayer practice.
- I dispatched 100 RidiculoCITY messages on Facebook. Yesterday was Day 100!
And… drumroll!

Throughout all of this, I received a TON OF SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND MOJO from JBL members who helped me accomplish all of this!!!!!!!!
THIS, my friends, is Joy-Based Living.
It’s 2am and I can hear the coyotes howling.
They’re telling us to keep encouraging, believing, and beholding!!!
