How to reclaim your true voice after a narcissistic relationship – 4 videos – Part 1

One of my favorite teachers for healing from narcissistic abuse is Sam Vaknin. I believe he is on the foremost leading edge of teaching people how to heal from narcissistic abuse. In the series of videos below, he teaches a ton.

He describes the inner landscape of a narcissistic person. He explains the dynamic between a narcissist and a codependent. He discusses the difference between the narcissists voice in a persons head versus their true voice. He ends the series by showing you how to reclaim your true voice.

These videos dive deep. They are not for the faint-hearted or closed-minded.

Many people who strongly value joy have seen the dark side of humanity and seek to bring light. These videos are for you. There is hope. Thank you for being you.

May you be set free to be YOU!
