How to reclaim your true voice after a narcissistic relationship – Part 2

A few weeks ago, I posted a set of videos about reclaiming your true voice after a narcissistic relationship.

But, I didn’t include this one, on mourning the self.

It seemed like TOO MUCH for one post which was already weighted.

So, here it is.

Sam Vaknin completely cracks the code for deep inner healing after an emotionally abusive relationship.

He describes prolonged grief and the double bind a person experiences when attempting to leave the relationship, either physically or emotionally. He describes why it’s often SO difficult to end the f’in thing. And then he offers solutions.

This video contains one of the most powerful messages I’ve ever heard.

It’s helped a lot of my people set themselves free. My wish and prayer is that it helps you, too.

Many blessings and cheers to you in your healing process.

You are the bravest people I know.

Much love,

Happy D!
