Embodiment is a great practice of self-love, self-awareness, self-approval, personal empowerment and self-healing. By being more present with yourself, you will generate healing fields of HONOR, COMMITMENT and LOYALTY toward yourself. You will also become more available present with others which will make you more effective in your communications. This will help you be a better friend, a better parent, a better leader.

Embodiment meditations can help align your energies more quickly with others so you can be on the same page. You can listen to an embodiment meditation by yourself prior to an important meeting. Or you can listen to it together as you get started.

Embodiment meditations can help you surrender to the moment. And they can also help you experience more coherence with your heart. This will bring you a greater sense of peace and ease.
