31 Flavors of Joy

Do you remember Baskin Robbins’ 31 ice cream flavors? I used to looooove going there when I was a kid. Do they still even exist?

Just like ice cream, Joy has sooo many flavors… way more than 31! Maybe even a zillion!!

At Joy-Based Living, whether we are fully experiencing joy at its shiniest, or we are facing an obstacle to our awareness of joy’s presence in our lives… we love to talk about our experiences.

When we share our joy, we give other people an example of what joy feels like as well as permission to share theirs. Joy multiplies when it’s shared with joyful people!

When we share our obstacles to joy, we give other people an example of what vulnerability feels like as well as permission to share their experiences. We set each other free to be with “what is” when we do this. We become more wholehearted.

In the latest JBL podcasts and blog posts, Michele Stone is collaborating, co-creating and co-conspiring with me to bring more joy to your world!!
