Episode 36

In this episode, Michele and I delve into the topics of assumptions, boundaries and speaking up for yourself. We also engage the topic of domestic violence at different levels and talk about inclusive compassion as well as the difficulty of this topic. Then we dig deep and acknowledge our spirituality as well as our gratitude. We end with a prayer.

  1. A heartfelt “Thank you!” from both me & Joni to you, Debbie, and to all the JBL-folks who offered up prayers for the “highest good” to come forward for Joni’s health issues (addressing all that goes with contracting COVID-19)… and for your kind, compassionate holy prayer… for requesting in your prayer the “planting of seeds of well-being and health” in the fertile soil within us. Amen, Debbie… Amen.
