Here’s the narcissistic healing vocabulary mentioned in the video:
A follow up commentary on the video above:

Debbie Happy Cohen, author, coach and artist, is the founder of Joy-Based Living. She loves spending time with magical, kind, thoughtful, inspiring people. Her Masterโs Degree is in counseling but her experience comes from 20 years of coaching people to bring out the best in themselves and others. Also affectionately known as Happy D! and Reverend SASSY SHORTS!, she lives on Lookout Mountain in Alabama, near Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her books include The 12 Practices, The JBL Planner for Daily Self-Reflection, Reach Your Stars!, SANCTUARY: 4 Mantras for Thriving After Emotional Trauma, Itโs All About Kids: Every Child Deserves a Teacher of the Year, and a children’s book I Donโt Think So!
This video, Debbie & Liz, is THE most well-articulated discussion of what I want to call “awakened navigation” through the often choppy, murky waters of relations with a narcissist I’ve ever come across. Period. (Not comparing, Just sayin’.) I particularly appreciated your pointing out the three apparent components within each of us who, at times, find ourselves “dealing with” a narcissist: (Since I’m unable to recall verbatim your wording of the first two components, and don’t feel to go back and find/listen to your precise phrasing, I’ll simply say) — 1) the infinite, transcendent Self, 2) our culturally conditioned mind, and 3) “the one who chooses where to put one’s attention” (this last one, I think, is verbatim from you, and seems to me to be the key to empowered navigation forward). Anyway, Ladies, this video is a breath of fresh air, a lit torch to illumine the sometimes darkened or foggy sky, and worthy of WIDESPREAD distribution!!! I thank you & acknowledge y’all for TRULY kicking ass & taking names on this subject… especially in such a concise, compelling and exquisitely clear and simple-to-understand manner! ROCK ON!!! ๐
Wow. Thank you. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐
