Be creative about your expression.
Your people will feel lifted, seen, valued, and loved.
As they should.
If you have good friends, the ripples will come back to you.

I see the “bottom line” being this: It’s our nature–all people, I mean–to love being uplifted, and especially when (as you say) it’s a surprise/unexpected/out of the blue! And that “ripple effect” of appreciation & joy so effortlessly comes back to us when WE’RE the initiator of the uplifting energy!
