Languages of Well-being

At Joy-Based Living, we aim to become fluent in Languages of Well-being.

Languages of Well-being are ways of speaking to oneself and others which increase aliveness, vitality, joy, connectedness and creativity.

Awareness of the body (and its responses) is always included in our communication because Languages of Well-being are spoken inside and outside:

inside your mind and body… and
outside, within your culture.

Since the best way to learn any language is through practice and repetition, with others who are speaking the same language…. we are creating options and opportunities for people to come together in groups at Joy-Based Living.

As the storyteller of your life, if you stand for Joy-Based Living, your primary responsibility is to speak Languages of Well-being, which are incorporated into all of our practices at JBL.  These Languages will inform and transform your communication with yourself, with life and with others.

To learn and become fluent in Languages of Well-being, we have 2 options available at this time:

Option A is emerging (JBL… Do-It-Yourself):
If you’d like to learn how to create your own JBL group, I’m proposing to host a free conference call or webinar, which will show you the ropes of how to do it yourself. The instruction will take about 30 minutes, and then there will be time for q and a.

I’ll be glad to offer it if there’s enough interest.
Let me know in the comment section if you’re interested in Option A.

Option B is starting next week (structured, personalized facilitation):
If you’d prefer a professional facilitator, a structured small group, and personalized instruction (with coaching), our JBL  7-week intensive  will help you learn the basics and help you become fluent. We’ll begin with the healing fields of Honor, Commitment and Loyalty… toward oneself first, and then toward others.

Starts April 18 at 1pm central. Click here to learn more and register.

Cheers to your Well-being!

Love,

Debbie
