Today, Michele and I talked about prioritizing self-care and structuring self-care activities. As we meandered through our conversation, we discovered that ever since she’s been practicing self-care, she’s lowered her anxiety, she doesn’t have insomnia anymore and she has increased her joy substantially! I’d say that’s pretty darn good !!! We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did!
