Earlier today, I shared a message with the Joy-Based Living inner community and I felt inspired to share it with you, too! Mr. Rogers gave so much to so many of us as children. As adults, we could all could benefit from kind, loving, wholehearted messages that tell us that all of our feelings are acceptable, traumas are worth facing and healing, our imaginations are amazing, and playing with others is good and fun. Enjoy this video message! Much love, Happy D!
At JBL, we are co-creating Wholehearted Environments through our own personal development. And it’s magical!

I really appreciated your articulating some of Mister Rogers’ gifts to the world the way you did, Debbie… It’s inspiring when we can recognize in another the simplicity of a “shift” WE OURSELVES can make–especially when it comes to how we interact with others–one moment at a time. As for my level of commitment to “creating a wholehearted environment” wherever I am, I’d say it fluctuates between 8.5 – 10… Why does it fluctuate? Mostly due to my energy level, I think. Most often, I’m committed at a 9.5 or 10 level, but when I’m tired and less energized, I can sense myself less inclined to put my attention “there,” i.e., on generating wholehearted awareness and spreading that around. And as I write this, it’s clear to me I’m not judging myself for not “always” being committed to a “10” level. Currently, that’s just “where I’m at” as a work in progress. Thank you again for these posts! Y’all have a superb day! 🙂
Cool. Self-acceptance is the way to go :-). Thanks for sharing!
