3 levels of stuck – get traction for taking inspired action – #cptsr #cptsd #codependency

I know I’ve been posting a lot about trauma lately. After 20 years of coaching people to reach their dreams and goals, I’ve been surprised to learn just how strongly “post traumatic stress” can keep people stuck. But really, my interest isn’t about trauma. The purpose of all healing and all creation – is JOY!!! Exuberance. Connection. Laughter. Celebration.

These 3 levels of stuckness – and getting traction for taking inspired action – can apply to anyone. Let’s go!

Much love,

Happy D!

  1. I so deeply appreciate what you brought to the table with this vlog, Debbie: an insightful, provocative/inspiring overview of the “levels of stuckness” ANY one of us can get into and thereby halt or obstruct our healing or our life’s forward momentum… AND the general direction for resolving such stuckness. Thank you for presenting such a clear & succinct summary with your inspiring, encouraging attitude and mojo threaded throughout! Onward, People, Beyond Whatever’s Stucking You! πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you sooo very much, Will!! I really worked on this one and although it was really fun to create it’s also AWESOME to receive acknowledgment and such a great testimonial. Cheers to all of us who are moving ONWARD!!!!!!
