ONGOING SELF-COMPASSION is a powerful catalyst for trans-MUTING the voice of a tyrannical inner critic who was born out of internalized TOXIC SHAME. I didn’t mention it in the video because it was already loaded with so much juicy-juice, but I wanted to invite you to use self-compassion as an inner backdrop while watching the video.
